Entry Level Administrative Assistant


?Job Summary: Responsible for all administrative support to?local Management;?administer various field programs or projects and perform/oversee general office maintenance as appropriate and needed.


Essential Job Duties:


1. General administrative assistance for local Management.


2. Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports and on demand as requested.


3.?Assist with?various division programs and projects.


4.?Assist receptionist duties.


5. Assist sales department with design and production of promotional materials, such as flyers and brochures.


6. Prepare correspondence including letters and faxes for local Management.


7. Coordinate meetings, hotel needs, business luncheons and special events.


8. Coordinate ordering of company forms, stationery and business cards.


9. Provide arrangements for office services and maintenance such as coffee, water service, vending machines, pagers, etc.


10. Assumes other duties as assigned




 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
