Geographic Territory:
The incumbent will be responsible for an open territory which covers Illinois and Wisconsin market including support for our Northern IL and Wisconsin sales territory which includes Chicago, Milwaukee and Madison, WI areas or alternately the sales territory for Indiana, Michigan and southern Illinois. The incumbent will act in a field sales capacity requiring interaction with Berry's management and product development teams, as well as working closely with Customer Care Representatives and Manufacturing personnel in order to service existing accounts and grew new business relationships.
Primary Function:
The Territory Manager's key responsibilities include developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers to increase sales of the organization's Custom Film product line. This position is a field sales position that requires interfacing with customer contacts at multiple levels in Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Marketing.
Specific Responsibilities:
Developing new business prospects through cold-calling and other methods
Developing and implementing selling strategies with customers
Interacting with existing customers to increase sales of organization's products
Develop long term multi-level relationships with customers
Exceeding budget goals
Reporting and forecasting
Work well with all levels of co-workers in our plants and other offices
Requirements and Experience
Requires a minimum of a Bachelors Degree or its equivalent
Self-starter that is results oriented
5+ years of outside sales experience preferred
Up to 50% Travel
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work cross-functionally to drive business solutions
Strong Computer and organizations skills
Innovative with strong project management skills
Ability to learn new products and technologies
Strong negotiation skills
Geographic Territory:
We are seeking sales professional who can support the Chicago, IL & Milwaukee, WI and surrounding areas of the great lakes region.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
