Class A Associate Driver
About Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution:
Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Reyes Holdings, L.L.C. Great Lakes Coca-Cola is
responsible for the sales, production and distribution of Coca-Cola brands to the market area. Together with
Coca-Cola, we are proud distribution partners for the world's largest beverage company, refreshing consumers
with more than 500 sparkling and still brands.
Position Overview:
A Class A CDL Associate Driver is a driver with less than one year of current Class A CDL or equivalent military
driving experience within the last year. Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution will hire and train individuals with
less than one year of experience and enter them into our Associate Driver training program. Driver Associates will
perform driver duties that will allow them to gain the necessary experience to qualify for a Professional Driver
position with Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution after successfully completing the program.
A Great Lakes Coca-Cola Distribution driver efficiently delivers the right products to customer accounts, in a
professional, safe and timely manner. Drivers must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds frequently and lift
and/or move up to 85 pounds occasionally. Drivers must be able to deliver products in a multitude of methods
including manual lifting, use of two wheel dolly, ramps, and/or carts in multi-temperature environments. Excellent
customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
+ Check accuracy and stability of the load
+ Deliver products to customers
+ Merchandise, display and rotate products according to company standards
+ Invoice and collect monies due
+ Pick up company property
+ Secure company assets
+ Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
+ Settle all accounts daily
+ Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications Include:
+ Drivers must have a valid Class A CDL for interstate commerce with less than one year of current Class A CDL orequivalent military driving experience within the last year
+ We are an interstate carrier, by law you must be at least 21 years of age. Candidates must have a satisfactorymotor vehicle record
+ Position must pass a post offer letter drug test, DOT physical, background check and physical abilities test
Preferred Skills and Experience:
+ High School diploma or GED preferred
+ Experience with a handheld ordering device, prior grocery store experience, including stocking, producthandling, and local delivery and unloading experience.
+ Prior customer service experience preferred.
+ Experience in beverage delivery preferred.
+ Local delivery experience preferred
+ Prior grocery store and/or consumer products experience a plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
