Customer Service Representative- Part time
This is a part time position, approximately 20-24/hours a week with 1 weekday (most likely Wednesday) and Saturday and Sunday hours.
Essential Job Function
Take incoming orders from our customers, enter into computer system from phone or fax orders
Ensures that all orders are entered into management system accurately and promptly
Provide complete resolution of customer delivery inquiries
answers all product specific questions, including recommendation of products
performs numerous tasks required to provide outstanding customer service and performs general administrative duties
Other Skills/Abilities
o Minimum 3 years experience with excellent phone skills
o Able to work weekends and some holidays and flexible to work between 7:
30 am and 6:
30 pm
o Strong Computer skills; Microsoft Office and Outlook
o Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, dependability and ability to take initiative on daily basis
o Highly organized and able to multi-task
o Oral and written communication - Bilingual, Spanish/English, a plusEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
