1K a year 15 hours ago 15 hours ago 15 hours ago The Customer Service Clerk is responsible for the distribution of purchase orders, promotional invoices, inquiries, and phone messages to the department associates.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and
Responsibilities:
Free good order entry daily Process Return Authorizations and issue call tags Contact offices if information required for free goods is incomplete Track number of free goods the department receives daily Mail invoices and apply postage to outgoing CS mail daily Retrieve and distribute voicemails received in Customer Service Facilitate Marketing mailings of the GCA Promotional Pads on a quarterly basis or as needed Order office supplies for the department Assists the Department with various Customer Service Functions, including:
Customer inquiries, Sales Order acknowledgements and additional duties to expand with Salesforce CRM responsibilities Record the department's KPI progress to update the GEMBA boards daily Maintains an accurate log sheet of daily purchase orders and promotional invoice receipts accurately.
MINIMUM
Qualifications:
Education High School diploma or equivalent Experience and/or Training 2
years experience in customer service or related area Must have proficient typing and data entry skills Must be pleasant and professional Detail oriented Good written and verbal communication skills Strong sense of urgency, time management and organization skills Able to work independently and within a team Ability to multi-task Technology/Equipment Basic computer skills required Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook email Use of copy machine, fax machine, and other general office equipment required PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience and/or Training Dental office/dental assistant experience a plus Technology/Equipment Knowledge of SAP modules a plus Previous experience with CRM systems a plus WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
The incumbent works in an office environment as a primary work location, this is not a remote position.
The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office.
Incumbent may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.
