Responsibilities:
Follows all plant safety rules, LOTO, & required PPE at all timesFollows all SOPs that apply to performing this work as well as general plant SOPsEnsures that all quality SOP requirements are being followed, and visual inspections are occurring at all times and documentedGood housekeeping is required at all times.
The work area is to be clean, orderly, and free of hazards at all times.
Participates in team meetings as requiredTroubleshoots adjusts and repairs all electrical equipment, components, transducers, and complex timing and inspection devicesPerforms preventative maintenance on assigned electrical systemsIdentifies inefficiencies and potential electrical problems and coordinates with supervisor to resolve the issueDiagnoses causes of malfunctions and corrects through programmable logic controlsPerforms maintenance on AC and DC power systems with voltage up to 480VMaintains and troubleshoots all electrical devices and equipment in the plant - PLCs, AC and DC Drives, sensors, and motorsAssists in new installation and upgrades of plant equipmentAssists and supports other production floor operations as requiredInstalls and maintains high-speed, industrial process equipment for can and/or end making, power, lighting, control, and PLC logic controls for all production process and control equipment.

Electrical background and/or experience requiredAll applicants will be tested for Electrical AptitudeMust be able to read and comprehend electrical schematicsAbility to lift up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally and regularly stand, stoop, reach, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and balance.
This position also requires manual dexterity/fine motor skillsAbility to work an eight (8) hour shift, frequent overtime may also be required

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
