We are seeking a full-time Junior Pre-Press Tech/Plate Maker Responsible for producing printing plates for the Pressroom.
Monitor press/plating schedule & output required plates accordingly.
Perform quality checks on finished plates, layouts and job tickets before releasing to the Pressroom.
Ability to work in a fast paced changing work environment.
Must have an eye for detail and accuracy.
Basic computer skills are necessary.
General knowledge of the printing process.
Working as a team with prepress operators.
Responsible for the operator level basic troubleshooting, maintenance and cleaning of all platemaking equipment.
Must be willing to work from 6PM X 6AM, rotating days and weekends are required.
Attention to detail is needed.
